  Brandon was helpful with my transfer from AT&T & picking out our new phones! If you live in the S.W. Utica area I would recommend going with Verizon, the coverage, call & internet quality does not compare to AT&T! We have a jet pack & it works great! We use it for netflix & wifi on our laptops! (The only internet available where we live is satellite & we chose to try out the jetpack) So far our experience has been great, customer service is excellent and I have yet to drop a call and with AT&T where I am at I would drop a call & lose internet service every. single. day.
