  Took my phone in last week b/c it stopped making/playing sounds (Iphone 6). They told me to give them 2 hours it would be $20 and they would open it up and check it out but it sounded like a speaker issue. I went back 2 hours later they said it was the speaker issue my phone had been bent and the sound worked again. The next day I realized the sound was still going in and out when I played music or watched/played videos. I took the phone back in and talked to the owner. He went to sounds and it played fine and he said "You sure it's not working?" I said "Yeah I said it's happening off an on go play a song or a video." Both which played perfectly. He said they couldn't do anything because he couldn't "fix a problem" that wasn't there. Then he ended up telling me I could leave the phone there and they would open it up again and it sounded like a charging port issue and it would cost $65 for that part. It took about 15 minutes before he even made this comment because he kept telling me there was no problem with my phone. I said no thank you and walked out. That "part" that "cost $65" is actually $6. I also replaced that part myself tonight after watching a youtube video. Honesty and integrity mean a lot to me which is why I will not be returning to this business again.
