  My husband and I made our first month payment on a bunk bed for our daughter. The day before delivery we call to confirm the delivery time, the manager said he tried to call us and hasn't, he also told us he couldn't contact our references and wanted to give us our refund back without trying to work anything else out with us. He was rude the whole time being on the phone and in the store over something we had no control over. Not only was he unprofessional he also lost out on a $3300 sale.
